Leadership Bios

Mike Ricketts
CEO and Board Chairman

Mike has over 25 years experience in the contract packaging, pharmaceutical and supply chain industries. He founded QPSI in the early 1990's and has grown the company to its current global position both organically and through strategic acquisitions. As a result, QPSI is currently the largest privately owned contract packaging company in the USA. Mike has been a successful entrepreneur and business innovator throughout his career. He has founded or helped launch numerous start-ups in the marketing, consumer products, and real estate areas. He is also heavily involved in mentoring young athletes and business men and women. Mike also serves on the Boards of the P&G Advisory Council and the Philadelphia Drug Exchange, the oldest active trade organization in America. As part of an initiative sponsored by major US corporations, Mike has agreed to mentor early-stage companies to increase the number of minority manufacturing enterprises in the U.S. Mike is also actively involved in various commercial and urban redevelopment real estate projects.

Derrick Ratleff
Chief Financial Officer

Derrick is responsible for all tax, accounting and finance functions for QPSI. He also is the Chief Technology Officer and serves on the company's Innovation and Executive Committees. Derrick also is responsible for creating the financial models and forecasts that guided QPSI's 100% growth in revenue over the past 2 years.

Jeffrey Wozniak
VP of Sales Administration and Board Member

Jeff has an extensive history in the contract packaging industry. He, with the Wozniak family, developed and expanded the Steritek business, a contract packaging company specializing in pharmaceuticals up until it was acquired by QPSI in 1999. Jeff's focus has been on increasing QPSI's market share, widening its portfolio of services and delivering an experience that far exceeds the best the competition has to offer. He is an integral part of setting the company's direction, creating and executing growth strategies and successfully leads the QPSI estimating team. Jeff also serves on the Executive Committee of QPSI.

Tom Belton
Chief Strategy Officer, Board Member and General Counsel

Tom manages the development and implementation of strategic opportunities and partnerships for QPSI and serves as its chief legal officer. He heads the company's Innovation and Compensation Committees and serves on its Executive Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of various companies in the supply chain industry, including a promotional marketing firm where he manages the sports marketing division. Tom is the founder of two sports marketing and technology companies where he created an innovative fan participation platform for live sports competitions, producing two nationally broadcasted programs on The Golf Channel and Fox Sports. Prior to coming to QPSI, Tom was a corporate and tax attorney at one of the largest law firms in the country for over 20 years.

Chenita Thompson-Brooks
Chief Compliance Officer

Chenita is responsible for managing corporate operations and shaping and developing compliance strategy and organization throughout the entire company. Her responsibilities also include creating strategies to reduce cost and increase efficiency in operations and to monitor progress against corporate goals. Chenita also serves on the Executive and Innovation Committees for QPSI.

Steve Alemi
VP of Sales

Steve has over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer products supply chain industries in both operations and sales. He currently sets the strategic and tactical direction for the sales department and manages the sales team. Steve also serves on the Executive and Innovation Committees for QPSI.

Scott McWilliams
Board Member

Scott is the CEO of OHL (Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, LLC), a global third-party logistics company based in Nashville, TN. OHL provides supply chain management solutions including international and domestic transportation, warehousing, fulfillment and e-fulfillment, customs brokerage, freight management and trade consulting services. The company operates over 28 million square feet of value-added distribution space and offers comprehensive transportation services that span the globe.

Steve Voorhees
Board Member

Steve is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Rock Tenn (NYSE:RKT), one of North America's leading manufacturers of paperboard, containerboard, consumer and corrugated packaging and merchandising displays, with annual net sales of approximately $3 billion.
